Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations should be notified in writing to the Course Organisers. Cancellations for registrations received before March 31st 2006 will receive a refund, less 10% administration fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after that date.
Substitute delegates are welcome without penalty, but please advise the Course Organizers of any name changes.

CME accreditation requested for Italian (Vascular Surgeons, Cardiologists, Radiologists) and American Physicians.
