CME

Italian CME accreditation will be requested to the Italian Ministry of Health for physicians. The number of CME credits will be communicated as soon as provided by the Ministry.

NAME BADGES

All Course Delegates are required to wear their name badge in order to gain entry to the scientific sessions and to the exhibition.

ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATES

Attendance Certificates will be made out upon request to all Registered Delegates at the end of the Course.

OFFICIAL LANGUAGE

English is the official language of the Course: simultaneous translation will be provided into Italian.

WELCOME COCKTAIL, COFFEE POINTS AND QUICK LUNCHES

The Welcome Cocktail will take place in the Palazzo del Cinema on April 17th after the Course Sessions. An Open Coffee point will be working in the Palazzo del Cinema throughout the Course days. Quick Lunch will be served to all Delegates in the Course Venue on April 17th and April 18th.

VISAS

To assist in obtaining any necessary visas that you may require, it is essential that you complete the registration ensuring to include a valid fax and phone number and an e-mail address The Organizing Secretariat will process your registration and send you a confirmation letter related to your attendance at the Course and an invoice confirming receipt of your payment. You will then be able to present this invoice to your Embassy/High Commission to assist with the application of your visa. In the event that your application is unsuccessful, a full refund will be provided.

LIABILITY

The Course fees DO NOT include provisions for the insurance of participants against personal injuries, sickness and theft or property damage. This also applies to any event held during the Course period. Participants and accompanying persons are advised to arrange for insurance they consider necessary. Neither the Course Organizing Committee, nor the Organizing Secretariat assume any responsibility for loss, injury or damage to persons or belongings, however caused.

Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
